THE MEMBER EXPERIENCE TEAM:
Our Member Experience (MX) team is a multi-disciplinary team who support our members from the moment they engage with Founders Pledge, through to their eventual giving. We provide a variety of services to our members along their member journey, from a programme of events and community support, to a personalized advisory service. Ultimately, our MX team ensures that our members have a deep understanding of how to maximise their philanthropy, helping us to move funds to the highest-impact solutions to global challenges.

About you
We’re open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds to join our Member Experience team. You might have experience in the following:
A member/client facing role, with specific experience communicating complex information persuasively (this could be from a range of backgrounds, e.g. sales, communications, fundraising, education).
Experience working with HNW individuals.
Experience supporting the planning and delivery of a variety of educational/impactful events.
The ability to manage cross-functional projects, with strong stakeholder management skills.

We offer flexible working options (office-based, hybrid, remote) for most of our roles, with the exception of our member-facing positions, which require individuals to be based in/around a certain location. We bring the global team together once per year and individual teams will also meet to work together once per year.
